USPS is responsible for your package once it's scanned and shipped. If your package is ever lost or stolen, please contact your local post office as they will be able to better assist you. "Lola Closet" is not legally responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but you may contact us as we will be more than happy to help.
We offer International Shipping. All international orders take up to 1- 2 business day to be processed and shipped. Please note: Lola Closet is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact DHL or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Lola Closet and cannot be refunded or resent.
